Salon Policies

NEW GUIDELINES FOR ENTERING GABRIELLE’S As of May 8, 2020: 

  • Guests will be served by appointment only.
  • Our waiting area will remain closed temporarily.   Only guests receiving services will be allowed in the salon.  
  • When you arrive, please call us at 512.323.0798 and Stay in your car.  You will be notified via text when your stylist is ready for you.
  • All consultation forms are available  online.  New clients, please complete forms prior to your appointment.
  • Employees and guests will receive a temperature check using a touchless infrared thermometer prior to receiving services.
  • Employees nor guests will be permitted on the premises if they have COVID-19 symptoms, in particular a fever higher than 99 degrees F.
  • There will only be 1 guest per service provider.
  • Salon stations will be at least six feet apart.
  • Employees and guests must be wearing protective facemasks before entering.  Anyone who does not have a mask may purchase one from the salon.  The mask must be worn during the entire appointment  time.  
  • All equipment used by a service provider will be sanitized between guests .
  • Capes will be washed and disinfected after each use.
  • Guests will be expected to wash their hands or use sanitizer upon entering the salon. 
  • We are suspending our beverage services, so please feel free to bring your own beverage.
  • Doors and exits will be sanitized.
  • All appointments will require a credit card on file.  This method will encourage less contact with the front desk staff.  Your credit card will be charged after services have been rendered.  The only other time your credit card will be charged is if you cancel with less than 48 hours of notice.  You are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service(s). The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.

RESERVATIONS

  • Most reservations can be booked online or through the front desk.  
  • Please note that elite or custom hair enhancement services may be limited to select service providers.
  • In order to service our guests in a timely fashion, please request all services needed at the time of booking.  Any additional services not requested at the time of booking will be accommodated only if time allows.
  • Please remember to pre-book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure that we can accommodate your wishes.

CANCELLATIONS

  • Your scheduled service time is specially reserved for you! We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us.  In order to respect the time of  our guests and our staff, we simply ask that you notify us of a cancellation or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the appointment.  A credit card number is required to reserve appointments but will not be charged unless appointment is canceled within 48 hours of scheduled service.  Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service(s). The fee will be charged to the credit card we have on file to secure your reservation.

    Please understand that when you forget or neglect to cancel with proper notice, it’s a missed opportunity for the stylist and another guest who could have been serviced during that time.  We value your business and prefer triple wins:  one for you (the guest), one for the stylist, and one for the business.

  • Special requirements may apply for group or bridal bookings.

PRICES

  • Pricing varies based on the tiered level of the stylist. Please ask for details when scheduling.  Guests may choose the level that best fits their needs/budget.
  • Please note prices listed are starting prices only.  In some cases, longer, thicker hair may require additional time which will be reflected in the price.
  • Adding service(s)  during service time will result in additional service fees.
  • All Prices are subject to change without notification.

GIFT CARDS

  • Gift cards are non refundable and are not redeemable for cash.
  • Gift cards may be purchased for any dollar amount or any service combination.
  • Gift cards never expire and may be used towards services or store merchandise. 
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards .  Gift cards must be presented when services are rendered/ products are purchased. 
  • Promotional gift certificates can not be combined with any other offer.
  • Promotional gift certificates are limited to one per visit.
  • No substitutions can be made when using a promotional gift certificate.

GRATUITY

  • Gratuity is not factored into any of the service rates. 
  • The customary gratuity for a salon service is 15-20 % at your discretion.  Although cash tips are preferred, tips may be left by means of credit card or cash.

PAYMENT

  • We gladly accept:  Visa, Master, Discover, American Express, Debit cards and cash as methods of payments for you to settle your account. 
  • Sorry we do not accept checks.

RETURNS

  • We will gladly exchange unopened merchandise within 7 days of purchase date with original receipt. Exchanges will be honored if receipt is presented with the exchange request..
  • All Jewelry Sales and Sales Items are Final.
  • All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

    The service must be a mistake from the service provider… not something you might have changed your mind (after the service has been performed).  In case of a disagreement, a redo must be validated by management. You have 48 hours to contact the Salon to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction.  Corrective services will not be allowed 10 days past initial service date.

    Please note, services provided by associates/new talent stylists are not guaranteed. Corrective services provided by an associate/new talent must be approved by management.  If guest prefers to have redo performed by a tiered salon stylist, level upgrade fees will apply.  In order to avoid additional fees, you must schedule the redo with the associate/new talent stylist who originally provided you with the service.

ETIQUETTE

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your schedule appointments.
  • No smoking is permitted in our salon environment.
  • Pets are prohibited from being in the salon. Only certified service animals are allowed.

​RIGHT TO REFUSAL OF SERVICE

  • Gabrielle’s Salon & Extensions Boutique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.

WIFI

  • We offer complimentary WIFI to all of our guests.
